Graduate Training Environment

Training with LA starts with a full induction to help trainees understand the firm's vision and values as well as covering the outline of administration and support. Training consists of four six-month seats and trainees are fully integrated members of the teams they work with.

About half way through each seat, trainees discuss their preferences for the next seat with the partner responsible for allocations and every attempt is made to match aspirations to the needs of the firm. Trainees have a training principal for the duration of the contract that they meet with monthly to discuss progress. They receive a comprehensive formal appraisal from the head of their team towards the end of each seat, and the managing partner also meets all trainees as a group every three months.

Benefits: Life assurance scheme and pension scheme
